GHOST TACTICAL SOCIAL COMPLIANCE

In addition to the terms, conditions and standards required of Ghost Tactical’s vendors and suppliers, Ghost Tactical requires all vendors and suppliers to comply with the following social and ethical standard of conduct as follows:

No Child Labor
Ghost Tactical does not tolerate “child” labor or the violation of any child labor laws.

No Forced and Compulsory Labor
Ghost Tactical does not tolerate forced or compulsory labor.  We do not tolerate coerced ‘deposits’ – financial or otherwise; no withholding salary, benefits, property or documents to personnel and Ghost Tactical does not tolerate the violation of state or federal labor laws.

No Human Trafficking 
Ghost Tactical condemns human trafficking or the violation of any criminal human rights laws.

Health and Safety
Ghost Tactical strives to provide a safe and healthy workplace, prevent potential occupational accidents, provide personal protection equipment and medical attention in event of work-related injury, maintain hygiene and provide water, sanitary food storage; and worker’s rights to be free from imminent danger.

Freedom of Association and Right to Collective Bargaining 
Ghost Tactical respects the right to form and join trade unions and bargain collectively. All personnel are free to organize trade unions of their choice; and bargain collectively with their employer.

Discrimination 
Ghost Tactical does not discrimination based on race, national or social origin, caste, birth, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, union membership, political opinions and age. Ghost Tactical does not discriminate in its hiring practices, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination, and retirement.  Ghost Tactical does not interfere with exercise of personnel tenets or practices; prohibition of threatening, abusive, exploitative, coercive behavior at workplace or company facilities; no pregnancy or religious tests under any circumstances.

Disciplinary Practices 
Ghost Tactical treats all personnel with dignity and respect. There is a zero tolerance of mental or physical abuse of personnel; no harsh or inhumane treatment.

Working Hours 
Compliance with laws & industry standards.

Remuneration 
Ghost Tactical respects the rights of all personnel to make a living wage and all workers paid at least the legal minimum wage.
